Prerequisites

  • Good command of everyday digital tools (email, spreadsheets, web apps)
  • Basic notions of APIs are helpful but not required; they are introduced in the program
  • Having followed AI Tools for Professionals, or equivalent experience with ChatGPT or Claude, is recommended

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. n8n and Make are visual tools. Some optional exercises use short expressions or code nodes for technical participants.

Which tool is used, n8n or Make?

Both are presented; the exercises focus on the tool your organization uses or plans to use. n8n is preferred when self-hosting or data control matters.

Can you build the agent for us after the training?

Yes. Implementation and follow-up are a separate engagement, delivered by ITGate engineers. See the AI agents page for that offer.
